This RP universe has great potential. I imagine the future of this RP to have hundreds of users writing stories within these settings. These individual stories will, in turn, shape the destiny of the site as a whole. This is a great goal, but first we must have a successful launch. To do this, I need your help creating content. There are numerous ways that you can help in this endeavor. We have until July the 1st before I would like to see this site launch.
1) The largest contribution that you can make at this point would be to create a setting post for one of the regions within the continents. Each continent has it's own history and description, and each region is already equipped with a short one sentence description. Using this information, you can then go on to expound on the history of your chosen region, adding brand new content of your own device. All you need to to do is find a region that has not already been claimed and start a new thread titled, "[Name of Region]: Setting (WIP)" As long as WIP (work in progress) remains in the title, I will understand that you are still editing. When you are finished, message me directly to let me know and I will proof read your work for grammatical errors and consistency issues with the rest of this sites already established lore. Check out the first ever region setting that was created by lazytitan1565: Eastern Villages: Setting. This example is a little on the lengthy side, but is otherwise perfect. Ideally, you should write four to six paragraphs worth of content.
2) The next largest contribution that you can make would be to create characters. You can either create your own character(s), characters that only you can use, or you can create character(s) that everyone can use. Characters that only you control should be submitted to the Main Characters board. While characters that anyone can use should be submitted to Non-Player Characters. Each of these boards has it's own guidelines laid out in a sticky thread. Be sure to read this first. Just like when creating a setting, slap the WIP mark on any characters that you are not finished with and let me know when you are done.
3) Also, as a member, you may reply to any thread that I have created. This means you can help me find any grammatical mistakes that I may have made. You can also make suggestions on how to improve what has been written. Maybe you find something that is too wordy or redundant. Maybe I should elaborate further on something. Or perhaps rewording something may make it more clear. I appreciate any and all feedback.
