Crystalites

Brief History- Intelligent life on Fifth-Earth began on the continent known today as Crystallus. Early adventurers left this continent and began evolving into other forms of intelligent life. Those that stayed in Crystallus would eventually grow to become what we know now as the crystalite race.

Abilities- Crystalites are fueled by the radiation given off by power crystals. This is the source of all their abilities. Due to this, they do not need any other nutrition to survive. Healing is also accelerated extremely. The speed, strength, and brain power of a crystalite can become massively overwhelming. Once a crystalite reaches full maturity, he/she will begin to age at an extremely slow pace. And finally, they also communicate with one another through telepathy. Since the powers of a crystalite depend highly on how close they are to power crystal radiation, they tend to be well decorated with power crystals in some form (more on that in general appearance).

General Appearance- At first glance, crystalites look exactly like human beings. The only difference is found in the eyes. The eyes of a crystalite glow in the dark and change colors based on mood. (Red = Angry; Orange = Nervous; Yellow = Joyful; Green = Focused; Blue = Calm; Purple = Sad) The brightness of the glow is dependet on two factors: the intensity of the emotional state and the amount of nearby power crystal radiation. Crystalites are often seen with jewelry, clothing, and even tattoos that are ingrained with power crystal dust or embedded with power crystal fragments.
