Hybrida
Located south of Crystallus this land is welcoming to all that respect the feelings and beliefs of others. To disagree it normal; to become hateful based of a difference in opinions is unacceptable. That is the code which the four nations and the inhabitants of this continent follow. This doesn't mean that there aren't any bad apples in the bunch. There are some individuals and groups that break this code and try impose their beliefs on others. Luckily, there are heroes willing to combat these misguided forces.
One tradition unites all peoples within these nations, the test of adulthood. The struggles that humans and their allies faced upon arrival to this land will never be forgotten. The test of adulthood was created to commemorate this. You must venture deep into the "Savage Mountains", into dragon territory. Through any means necessary, you must bring back a piece of a dragon's hatched egg. Some people use stealth, others use force, and some even try to befriend a dragon to accomplish this goal. It's not uncommon for challengers to never return or come back scarred and empty handed. Those that do return with a piece of a dragon egg are forever treated with respect. To signify a person's success, special craftsmen are paid to preserve the shell through a complicated process that involves both magic and technology. The finished product is practically indestructible and burns the skin of anyone else that touches it besides its rightful owner and the craftsman that made it. Some people ask for this trophy to be installed as a piece of armor or jewelry, while others keep it hidden.
The land of Hybrida suffers from semi-frequent storms, but similarly to the ways of Tekhnologia, they harness these forces as an energy source. The northern regions are hit with tropical storms, as the weather is warmer in the north. Deep in the southern reaches, snowfall and even the occasional blizzard are not uncommon. The middle grounds between these two reaches deal with frequent thunder storms. Being caught in one of these storms during a test of adulthood is most often a death sentence as the storms are particularly violent in the mountains. Due to the different climates and belief systems of each country, the architecture from one country to the next varies drastically.
